Returns and Warranty Information

We offer all our customers a 60 Day Return Policy if you want to return your item for an exchange or credit note (issued as store gift card with no expiry date). Shoes can be tried on but not worn out and must be received back into stock as new in original condition. Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging.

We also offer a repair, refund or replacement for up to 6 months on items that have major problems (marked, damaged, faulty etc.).

We do not refund customers for poor fit or change of mind. However, as per above you can return for an exchange or a credit note.

Instructions:

  1. Please complete our Online Returns Form (also available at the bottom of this page).
  2. If your item has a major problem, please email a photo and description to us at hello@shoeme.com.au. We will then advise you on return procedures.
  3. If your item doesn't have a major problem and you just need an exchange or credit note, please return post your item to us. IMPORTANT: Please do not stick post labels or write on the shoe box as this is classed as damage and a re-stocking fee may apply. 
    • Australian customers can purchase a flat-rate return label online for just $12.65 through our Aus Post Return Portal and either print at home or show your confirmation email to the staff at Australia Post and they can print for you.
